Rhode Island ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Rhode Island Secretary of State requires that all Corporations and LLCs file an Annual Report. The Annual Report is mailed to the designated Registered Agent of the company in advance of the due date. Corporations must file the Annual Report between January 1st and March 1st. LLCs are required to file the Annual Report between September 1st and November 1st.

Rhode Island ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
